Sizzling Sprouts With
Feta and Pomegrante
Sprouts are not just for
Christmas, in fact they are at their best in January!
Try the alternative recipe below and serve alongside
lemon roasted chicken or grilled fish.
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
250g sprouts, halved
110g Feta Cheese
50g Pomegranate Seeds
Salt & Pepper
Heat the oil in a frying pan over
a medium heat. Put the sprouts in
the pan cut side down & leave to sizzle away happily for 10 minutes without disturbing them.
Halfway through cooking dot over
the butter & leave to
sizzle and brown
the sprouts need to be really
crispy & dark brown. If they are
just lightly brown carry on
cooking for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, toss
with the pomegranate seeds
& feta, then season with
salt & pepper & tip into a
serving dish. Finish with a drizzle
of pomegranate molasses before
