Spring has finally sprung and so has our spinach!
Spinach is a superfood. It is loaded with tons of nutrients in a low-calorie package. Dark, leafy greens like spinach are important for skin, hair, and bone health. They also provide protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals.
Spinach makes a great addition to any salad and dressed with a honey and mustard vinaigrette makes a great addition to any meal or with the addition of some protein it makes a great stand alone meal.
To make a dressing just combine the following ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 teaspoon salt
